David Bishop joined the bank in 2004 as a mortgage department manager and loan officer and has remained in the mortgage industry for over 20 years. David handles a wide range of loans from first time or move up home buyers to clients building their dream home. David also happily cares for clients when they move out of state. In 2020 he closed over 400 loans for more than $100 million. 

He has many other responsibilities as the department manager, but one he is most proud of is their success as a team.  “I enjoy the people I work with and see my role as a mentor and problem solver. It makes my day when I hear how much they like their job and when I see them succeed.” 

David lives in the Fenton area with his wife Melinda and their children. In his off-time, you will usually find him busy with his family or taking his Australian Shepherd “Charlie Brown” for a much-needed walk.
