Food Bank of Eastern Michigan

Fenton, Michigan, January 15, 2025 –

The State Bank raised $44,175 during their Holiday Giving campaign to benefit the Food Bank of Eastern Michigan (FBEM) in 2024. Over $29,000 came from customer donations through candle sales and the remaining amount was donated by The State Bank employees.

In the span of over 20 years, The State Bank has raised a total of $522,520 for the Food Bank of Eastern Michigan (FBEM), $438,143 of that during holiday campaigns. Their contribution is equivalent to almost 3 million meals provided to the 22 counties served by the Food Bank. Not only does The State Bank contribute donations, but many employees have given hours of volunteer time to support the Food Bank.

Their dedication, year after year, has profoundly impacted individuals and families facing food insecurity in our community. Thanks to the incredible generosity of The State Bank, their employees, and their customers, nearly 3 million meals have been provided to those in need.
