Our newest full-service branch is complete at 218 S. Washington Avenue, Suite 100 in downtown Saginaw. The State Bank’s new Saginaw branch is the eighth location in the Great Lakes Bay Region.
The new branch opened on March 8 and serves Saginaw and surrounding communities with full mortgage, commercial, retail, and wealth management teams. In addition to lobby services, a walk-up Interactive Teller Machine (ITM) with a personal teller, is available seven days per week.
“Saginaw is a community we are proud to serve and grow in,” said Ronald Justice, CEO of The State Bank. “There has been tremendous growth in downtown Saginaw, and our commitment to the betterment of the communities we serve means the expansion into this downtown location was an easy decision for us.”
The branch was constructed by Shaheen Development, also located in Saginaw. “Shaheen Development is committed to re-energizing downtown and bringing activity back to the urban cores of mid-Michigan, making them a perfect partner for our new branch,” added Justice.
“Shaheen Development is honored to work with The State Bank on their new full-service location in Downtown Saginaw,” says Pete Shaheen, Vice President of Shaheen Development. “Their commitment to Saginaw makes this major redevelopment on Washington Avenue possible. This investment is great news for Saginaw and furthers the recent resurgence in commerce and residential living in our urban core.”
