Carl Moraw has been a residential lender for over 20 years specializing in purchase and new construction loans. Prior to becoming a residential lender, Carl was a commercial lender for over 10 years and is very familiar with self-employed borrowers. Carl closed over 300 loans for more than $100 million in 2020. He lives in Waterford, MI. He and his wife Gretchen have been married for over 30 years and have 2 daughters. Carl enjoys golf, fishing, hunting and spending time with his family.
