Community Involvement

CREATING A BETTER STATE FOR US ALL

At The State Bank we believe in purposeful action to create better communities.

We are actively engaged in developing, strengthening, and energizing the communities that we live in. Throughout the year The State Bank participates in numerous events and programs that support local businesses, schools, and charities. We have held food drives for the Food Bank of Eastern Michigan and started Change 4 Kids to help support our local school districts. It is our goal to build a great place to live, work, and raise families.

Each week The State Bank recognizes area athletes that exhibit outstanding athletic achievement, sportsmanship, and leadership.

The Change for Kids program began in response to the need to assist low and moderate-income families. Since its inception in 2011, Change for Kids has donated over $391,643 to our local school districts.

LAFF PATHWAY: THE STATE BANK TRAIL

The State Bank Trail is coming to the Fenton/Linden area in 2024! After many years of negotiations and coordination with eight governmental agencies, a non-motorized pathway will connect communities.

The State Bank is proud of its successful 20-year partnership with the Food Bank of Eastern Michigan. Together we’ve provided over 2 million meals in 22 counties served by the Food Bank.

The State Bank is actively involved in the community by making donations to charitable / not-for-profit organizations and supporting many community events through volunteerism. Visit our Donation Request page to learn more.
